Beginner friendly adaptive Tai Chi for balance of the body and mind. This class will flow through movements that have been adapted to support balance of the body and mind. It will also include some time for meditation to welcome a sense of calm and inner peace. All levels and practitioners are welcome. This practice can be done seated or standing.
